Karen Kampe Gallagher has been a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio. Having been raised in Defiance, Ohio, she graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business Administration. In 1986 she received her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Toledo College of Law. She joined the firm in 1986 and is currently a partner. She was appointed and served as Magistrate in the Williams County Common Pleas Court, General and Juvenile Divisions, in 2003.
Mrs. Gallagher represents both individuals and business clients in a broad range of legal matters. She represents clients in the areas of domestic relations and family law, personal injury, criminal law, juvenile law, business law, probate, wills, estates and wrongful death. She also serves, both through court appointment and privately, as a mediator and a parenting coordinator.
Mrs. Gallagher is active in the Bryan and Williams County communities. She is a member of the Bryan Area Foundation. She is past-president of the Bryan Rotary Club and Bryan Area Business Women. She was a Board Member and First Vice President of the Bryan Chamber of Commerce. She has served as a Board Member for the Bryan Area Health Education center, Bryan Chamber of Commerce, Williams County YWCA and EMS Advisory Committee. She has served as a team leader in the Bryan City Schools strategic planning sessions.
Professionally, she is past-president of the Williams County Bar Association and is currently the Chairperson for the Domestic Relations Committee through the local bar association. She is also trained as a mediator through the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and as a collaborative law attorney.
