In his practice, Mr. Gallagher emphasizes the planning and administration of estates and trusts, business law, real estate and civil trial matters in the State and Federal Courts of Ohio and Indiana. Mr. Gallagher is a licensed pilot and motorcycle enthusiast and handles both aviation and motorcycle accident cases.
Mr. Gallagher has served as a trial practice instructor at the University of Toledo College of Law and is a frequent speaker on issues relating to wealth preservation, business, employment and real estate law. Mr. Gallagher's experience also includes serving on the boards of directors of publicly and closely held corporations. In addition, he has served in various capacities with numerous non-profit organizations. |

Ralph
W. Gallagher has been a resident of Northwest Ohio for over 30
years. After serving four years active duty in the U.S. Air Force,
he graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in
Business Administration. He received a Doctor of
Jurisprudence degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.
After practicing with a large firm in Akron, Ohio for 2-1/2 years, he
joined Gallagher,
Stelzer & Yosick, Ltd., known then as Parker & Fenton.
