Mr. Stelzer's wife, Georgia, is a teacher with the Bryan City School District. They have three children. He is active in the community through various academic, athletic and service organizations. |

J.
T. Stelzer was born and raised in the Northwest Ohio area.
After
graduating from The Ohio State University in 1978, he went on to
obtain his law degree from the University of Cincinnati in
1981. Upon graduation from law school, he joined Gallagher,
Stelzer & Yosick, Ltd. (then known as Parker, Fenton, Gallagher
& Milliken) in 1981.
